
Back office system for license access management
In order to provide customers with proper digital support, I led the design for an aggregated data platform with controls for managing customers access, subscription details, and internal auditing.



Working with a design intern, we created a comprehensive layout that simplified data from various systems into a single view, with controls for managing access to digital products and services.
The platform evolved over time, as we checked in with internal teams to learn user needs and adapt the platform accordingly. We then worked with a team of offshore developers to coordinate and test the changes, to ensure maximum impact for internal support processes.
Outcome
This system was rolled out initially to the US market, but has since been adopted by teams across Europe and Japan.
Today it serves as an important touchpoint for managing customer access to digital products and subscriptions and has saved hundreds of hours of time by providing staff with simple access to common digital customer support actions.
